• Messages you send us through forms or the VS Concierge assistant
• Basic technical data (IP, browser, device) for security and analytics

3. Why We Request This Data

We request the minimum data necessary to authenticate your account, respond to inquiries about our hospitality, staffing, experiences and event-space services, and to improve the site. When you sign in with Google, we only request your basic profile (name, email, profile picture) to create and identify your account.

• To respond to bookings, inquiries and Concierge conversations
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, notifications)
• To protect against fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers required to operate the site — hosting, authentication (Supabase), email delivery, and AI providers powering the Concierge — each under confidentiality obligations.
